Seems like Little T likes to switch up their oatmeal cookie from time to time. I have no complaints with this; there are so many ways to enjoy an oatmeal cookie. Why settle on just one?

I’m not sure why I never had the oatmeal raisin (possibly my favorite kind of cookie, ever) at Little T until now. I’ve been to this bakery dozens of times in the 4 years it has been around. I’m thinking maybe it’s because they haven’t always had it – or because it usually contains walnuts (not a fan). Or…wait a minute.

I should tell you straight away that I almost never eat peanut butter cookies. It’s not so much that I hate them, but when it comes time to pick my poison, it’s never my first choice (or even second or third). But being that the pbc is adored by so many fellow cookie-eaters and also being that the entire raison d’etre of Carpe Cookie is to lead you to the golden nuggets in the overcrowded field of mostly mundane cookies, I realized it was time to represent. Represent the pbc, that is.
