I know, right? Another ginger molasses cookie. What can I say? I can’t help myself.
I’m not saying I like this less or more than the two other Portland ginger molasseses I’ve talked about, and if asked to chose a favorite between the Pearl, Crema and this version, I would be hard pressed. I simply enjoy and appreciate it as a more than satisfactory variation on one of my favorite kinds of cookie.

If you’re noticing that there is a disproportionate number of ginger molasses cookies featured here, well, it’s because I have a disproportionate love of ginger molasses cookies. Because ginger molasses cookies are fucking awesome.

Having surveyed This Cookie over a span of time and on several occasions, I have witnessed its unfailing consistency of awesomeness. So it is with confidence that I make the following assertion: Milk makes MY FAVORITE MOLASSES COOKIE. Ever.

Definitely above average. Heck, I’ll go one better than that; this is a very pleasing cookie- and while not in the same league as Milk, certainly worthy of repeat purchases.
